OUR MEMORABLE PIZZAS CREATED BY AN ITALIAN MASTER PIZZAIOLO

The secret of our head pizza chef? Pizzas always cooked in a rotating wood-fired oven, with dough made from 100% Italian Petra Evolutiva flour.

What makes it unique? It is organically grown and made from a blend of 2,000 types of ancient wheat varieties cultivated in a field in Sicily. Hand-kneaded and stone-molded, it gives our pizzas an unmistakable creaminess and flavor!

All of our pizza toppings are made exclusively with ingredients from producers based in Italy. Take the Parma Crudo, for example, our specialty: it consists of a sauce made from succulent San Marzano DOP tomatoes, Mozzarella Fior di Latte from Agerola, 24-month Parma ham, the melt-in-the-mouth center of Burrata cheese called Stracciatella, and arugula!

Finally, we have carefully selected our Italian wines to offer you an elaborate choice. The promise of a perfectly paired meal in a warm atmosphere, to eat in or take away!
